หมายเหตุและเงื่อนไขในการร่วมกิจกรรม

• สงวนสิทธิ์การลงทะเบียนร่วมกิจกรรม 1 คำสั่งซื้อ เท่ากับ 1 สิทธิ์ (ไม่จำกัดจำนวนคำสั่งซื้อ และลงทะเบียนแยกตามคำสั่งซื้อ)
• บริษัทฯ จะทำการสุ่มจากหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ สงวนสิทธิ์การลงทะเบียนเฉพาะหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้นภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• เมื่อดำเนินการสั่งซื้อและชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น ผู้ต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมลุ้นรับสิทธิ์ จะต้องทำการกรอกข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อในแบบฟอร์มลงทะเบียน เพื่อยืนยันความประสงค์ในการเข้าร่วมงาน โดยการสุ่มผู้โชคดีจะสุ่มจากผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนทุกคน

• ผู้โชคดี 1 ท่าน สามารถรับสิทธิ์ได้เพียงสิทธิ์เดียวเท่านั้น

และจะทำการแจ้งสิทธิ์ทางอีเมลที่ท่านได้ลงทะเบียนไว้อีกครั้ง ผ่านอีเมล [email protected]

• ผู้โชคดีได้รับสิทธิ์ต้องยืนยันการรับสิทธิ์โดยการแจ้งผ่านทางข้อความใน Facebook Page : ร้านนายอินทร์ หรือ อีเมล [email protected] ตั้งแต่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2568 และปิดรับยืนยันสิทธิ์วันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2568 ภายใน 17.00 น. หากไม่ยืนยันสิทธิ์ในวันและเวลาที่กำหนด ถือว่าท่านได้สละสิทธิ์ และจะเรียกร้องสิทธิ์ใดๆ ไม่ได้ ถือว่าท่านได้สละสิทธิ์จากกิจกรรม
• MY LIFE : FREEN SAROCHA จะถูกจัดส่งตามลำดับคำสั่งซื้อ ตั้งแต่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป ยกเว้นในกรณีเป็นผู้โชคดีได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน MY LIFE EXCLUSIVE MOMENTS WITH FREEN SAROCHA จะได้รับ PHOTOBOOK สำหรับร่วมกิจกรรม 1 เล่ม ภายในงานมหกรรมนิยายนานาชาติ ในวันพุธที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยหากท่านสั่งซื้อมากกว่า 1 เล่ม เล่มที่เหลือจะถูกจัดส่งให้กับท่านตามที่อยู่ที่ระบุในรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อ และทยอยจัดส่งตามลำดับคำสั่งซื้อ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป
• โปรดอ่านรายละเอียดให้เรียบร้อยก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ เมื่อชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะไม่สามารถทำการยกเลิก คืนเงิน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

1. Chance to be 1 of 100 lucky fans to attend MY LIFE: A Special Screening with Freen Sarocha — the first-ever cinema screening of “MY LIFE EXCLUSIVE MOMENTS WITH FREEN SAROCHA” during the International Novel Festival on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
2. Exclusively received a signed photobook by Freen Sarocha.

Terms and conditions for participation

• One purchased order grants one entry into the event (no limit on the number of orders, each order must be registered separately).
• The lucky fans will be randomly selected from paid orders that have been successfully registered within the pre-order period.
• After completing payment, customers must register their order information using the form provided to confirm participation.
• Registration period: From Monday, June 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM to Monday, July 7, 2025 at 5:00 PM

• Each selected fan is entitled to one 1 event pass only.
• The name on the event registration must match the name on the order and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Attendees must present a valid ID (Thai National ID or Passport) that matches the registration form at the event check-in.(The right to participate is non-transferable)
• The list of 100 lucky fans will be announced on Facebook: ร้านนายอินทร์ and X: @NaiinFanClub, and lucky fans will also receive an email from [email protected].
• The lucky fans must confirm attendance between July 15–18, 2025 (by 5:00 PM) via message on the Facebook Page : ร้านนายอินทร์ or by emailing [email protected] between July 15, 2025, and July 18, 2025, by 5:00 PM. Failure to confirm within the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, and the rights cannot be reclaimed.
• MY LIFE: FREEN SAROCHA photobooks will be shipped in sequence starting from July 25, 2025, except for lucky fans attending the event MY LIFE EXCLUSIVE MOMENTS WITH FREEN SAROCHA who will receive one photobook at the International Novel Festival on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
• Any additional photobooks ordered will be shipped to your address starting from July 25, 2025.
• Please review your order carefully before placing it. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.
• All decisions made by the company are final. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
