ปกติผู้หญิงเรามักอยากจะทำอาหาร เพราะมีแรงบันดาลใจไม่กี่อย่างอยากอวดฝีมือว่ามีเสน่ห์ปลายจวัก อยากผูกมัดใจคนที่เรารัก หรืออยากทำให้คนในครอบครัวได้ทาน แต่อย่าบอกว่า "ทำไมเป็นอ่ะ...เสียเวลา...ยังไม่มีแรงบันดาลใจจากใครสักคน" เอาเป็นว่าเรามาลองทำเพื่อตัวเอง เพื่อได้ทานอาหารอร่อย ถูกปาก ทำกันเองกินกันเองขำ ๆ แล้วก็มีความสุข ถ้าสาวมั่นสุดเปรี้ยวอย่าง "เม" ทำได้ใคร ๆ ก็ทำได้ แค่คิดอยากจะทำ หยิบหนังสือเล่มนี้ มาเปิดอ่าน และลงมือทำตามเผลอ ๆ ได้อาชีพเสริมจัด Outside Catering อย่างเธอได้ !!

I remember the first time I was in the kitchen at the age of 3, cooking with my mother, not knowing what in the world l was doing but I felt a calmness in sharing that time with her. It was quiet. We did not speak much but we could read each other's minds. That made me feel content, being able to share something that in the end the whole family could appreciate. That is why I fekk in love with food. Cooking bings family together. Food makes me happy and calm. And now I want to share these amazing recipes that I grew up with everynoe. They are not only delicious, but alsofull of love and bliss. Ibelieve what we make and eatshould bring joy to the ones we love also to oureslves.
