ผู้ที่ทำการสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 ธันวาคม 2568 ถึง 10 มกราคม 2569 ไม่สามารถได้รับสิทธิ์ลุ้นร่วมกิจกรรม "ลุ้นเป็นผู้โชคดี 100 คน" ได้

หมายเหตุและเงื่อนไขในการร่วมกิจกรรม

•    สงวนสิทธิ์การลงทะเบียนร่วมกิจกรรม 1 คำสั่งซื้อ เท่ากับ 1 สิทธิ์ (ไม่จำกัดจำนวนคำสั่งซื้อ และลงทะเบียนแยกตามคำสั่งซื้อ)

•    บริษัทฯ จะทำการสุ่มจากหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ สงวนสิทธิ์การลงทะเบียนเฉพาะหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อที่ชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้นภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

•    ผู้โชคดี 1 ท่าน สามารถรับสิทธิ์ได้เพียงสิทธิ์เดียวเท่านั้น

•    ชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมและลงทะเบียนหน้างานจะต้องตรงกับชื่อในฟอร์มลงทะเบียนรับสิทธ์ และจะต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางเพื่อยืนยันตัวตนที่หน้างาน (ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้ยึดตามชื่อลงทะเบียนเท่านั้น)

•    ประกาศผลผู้โชคดี 100 สิทธ์ ผ่านทาง Facebook Page : ร้านนายอินทร์ (www.facebook.com/naiinfanclub) และ X : NaiinFanClub (@naiin) ในวันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2568 เวลา 13.00 น. เป็นต้นไป

และจะทำการแจ้งสิทธิ์ทางอีเมลที่ท่านได้ลงทะเบียนไว้อีกครั้ง ผ่านอีเมล [email protected]

•    ผู้โชคดีได้รับสิทธิ์ต้องยืนยันการรับสิทธิ์โดยการแจ้งผ่านทาง Google Form ตั้งแต่ 23 ธันวาคม 2568 และปิดรับยืนยันสิทธิ์วันที่ 30 ธันวาคม 2568 ภายใน 12.00 น. หากไม่ยืนยันสิทธิ์ในวันและเวลาที่กำหนด ถือว่าท่านได้สละสิทธิ์ และจะเรียกร้องสิทธิ์ใดๆ ไม่ได้ ถือว่าท่านได้สละสิทธิ์จากกิจกรรมและ แจ้งผลการยืนยันสิทธิ์ ในวันที่ วันที่ 6 มกราคม 2569 ทาง E-mail

•    MY LIFE : JANE YEH  จะถูกจัดส่งตามลำดับคำสั่งซื้อ ตั้งแต่ 19 มกราคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป ยกเว้นในกรณีเป็นผู้โชคดีได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน  MY LIFE EXCLUSIVE MOMENTS WITH JANE YEH จะได้รับ PHOTOBOOK 1 เล่ม สำหรับร่วมกิจกรรมภายในงานนายอินทร์สนามอ่านเล่น ในวันเสาร์ที่ 24 มกราคม 2569  โดยหากท่านสั่งซื้อมากกว่า 1 เล่ม เล่มที่เหลือจะถูกจัดส่งให้กับท่านตามที่อยู่ที่ระบุในรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อ และทยอยจัดส่งตามลำดับคำสั่งซื้อ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 19 มกราคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป

•    โปรดอ่านรายละเอียดให้เรียบร้อยก่อนทำการสั่งซื้อ เมื่อชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะไม่สามารถทำการยกเลิก คืนเงิน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

Customers who place orders from December 20, 2025 to January 10, 2026 will not be eligible to participate in the activity “Lucky Draw: 100 Winners.”

Terms and conditions for participation

• One purchased order grants one entry into the event (no limit on the number of orders, each order must be registered separately).
• The lucky fans will be randomly selected from paid orders that have been successfully registered within the pre-order period.
• After completing payment, customers must register their order information using the form provided to confirm participation.
• Registration period: From Thursday, November 27, 2025 to Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM

• The name of the participant registering at the event must match the name on the registration form for the rights/privileges, and a valid ID card or passport must be presented at the event for identity verification. (Rights/privileges are non-transferable and strictly tied to the registered name.)

• The lucky fans must confirm attendance between December 23-30, 2025 (by 12:00 PM) via Google form. Failure to confirm within the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize, and the rights cannot be reclaimed. The results of the rights confirmation will be announced via email on January 6, 2026
• " MY LIFE : JANE YEH  " photobooks will be shipped in sequence starting from January 19, 2026, except for lucky fans attending the event "MY LIFE EXCLUSIVE MOMENTS WITH JANE YEH" who will receive one photobook at Naiin SanamAnLen on Saturday, January 24, 2026.
• Any additional photobooks ordered will be shipped to your address starting from January 24, 2026.
• Please review your order carefully before placing it. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.
• All decisions made by the company are final. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.

In-store Pickup

• Select Delivery Method: Store Pickup (Free Shipping) when placing your order.
• The photobook will start shipping on January 19, 2026, in the order of purchase. You will receive an SMS/email notification when your order arrives at the Naiin store.
• You can pick up your order within 30 days after receiving the notification.
• The authorized pickup person will need the name and order number of the original purchaser, plus evidence like a screenshot of the order or the email.
